Now, i’d take one rule as an example, n it’s a pretty public rule; Don’t be late. It’s a classic, BARELY changed, basic rule. Every company, every school, every family, even every person demands you to not be late. Yup, it’s public. Yet, there r still other people that don’t get it. Sometimes, they r told or promised to be there at 10, but just arrived at 12. N when you asked why, you’ll hear classic crap that i personally call ‘excuses’. That’s just making you ill feel, isn’t it…? And that is what exactly is happening in my school. Every time i’m in a ceremony, the Head of the students’ organization, that control the students’ behavious n discipline (in indonesian, we call it ‘Waka Kesiswaan’.), would say ‘Students, hurry up! You’re late already! And for the ones that r already late, go home!’ Now, you’d think i’m exaggerating, BUT I’M NOT!!! Although i don’t have the proof, i’m pretty sure some students in my school know about this…
Back to my rule opinion thing. Now, after the Head tells the late students to go home, the ceremony starts. Now, this is where it all gets interesting, because… THE TEACHERS CALMLY WALKS TOWARDS THE TEACHERS’ LINE, LIKE THEY DON’T HAVE ANY SINS, N SO-CALLED ‘INNOCENT’!! At that moment, i’m really pissed off! How come they get to walk so calmly, while the other students waste their time JUST to get kicked out by their own school? I know it’s their fault, but i’m not talking about the students. I’m talking about the teachers. SHOULDN’T THEY’RE TOLD TO GO HOME, TOO?
My advice (although might not be listened) is that there should be some equality in this matter. And i think there should be a student organization that monitors n takes actions towards the teachers n staffs actions that r against the rules. That is all!!!
